Full Employment Council is implementing “just in time” training in partnership with SNAP IT and the University of Missouri Kansas City to prepare job seekers with the skills and knowledge necessary for entry level positions in cyber security. This training model brings staff from SNAP IT into the university as adjunct faculty to deliver the curriculum. Students earn college credit and credentials. The average starting wage after a twelve-week program is $38.51 per hour.
